At Grace, we have two types of leadership:

The first—our elders—are Christlike men who meet the biblical qualifications of an elder as listed in 1 Timothy and Titus. Elders are the spiritual leaders of the church and are responsible for decisions regarding discipleship, direction, and vision.

The second—our staff—manages the day-to-day operations of Grace and assists the elders in discipling our church.
